오픈 데이터 분석하는 비영리단체 소다비 "디지털 시대가 되면서 쏟아져 나오는 데이터의 양이 엄청납니다. 특히 관공서에서 제공할 수 있는 데이터가 많습니다. 그런데 어떻게 써야할지, 어떤 곳에서 필요한지에 대해서 잘 아는 사람이 별로 없는 것이 현실입니다."
